Website Stuff
I still have a lot to do on this website and I’m not particularly fast at it. But, if I wait for it to be perfect, I’ll never get it up. Expect a nice Products/Pricing page soon, as well as a section on my dog training. There is so much to do! If you see any bugs or have any recommendations for me, please contact me. I set up the site to be able to sign up for a newsletter. I don’t have that all figured out yet. But, I’m not going to give anyone else your email address because gross. So, if you’d like to sign up, if/when I figure the newsletter thing out, you’ll get one. 🙂
Go away, hot weather
The weather is considering cooling down, which means it’s time to do more outside sessions! Fall is a wonderful time of year for photography in the beautiful outdoors, so schedule your photo session during some of the best months of the year.
Poison Ivy
My friend’s dog escaped and went on a four day adventure. When he was found, his mother and I smothered him in pets and love. He returned the love by giving us both terrible poison ivy. Urushiol, the oil that gives the rash, will stay on dog fur for a long while unless it gets well washed off. …it will also transfer all over your house from said pupper. Fun Fact: Urushiol is also found in mango peel and a similar compound is found in cashew shells, which is why you never see them sold in the shell. I found out that mango thing the hard way. Just as friendly PSA from somebody who has been trying not to scratch her flesh off for weeks (even after steroids).
